Took the loss for San Diego tonight after allowing a walk-off homer to Mike Morse for the Nats. Consider it a minor bump in the road for Adams, who remains one of the league leaders in holds and would potentially be in line for the closer roll if this is finally the year the Pads decide to move Heath Bell at the trade deadline.
