James Shields

Allowed 3 earned over 7 innings last night against the Indians. He was somewhat on the ropes early on after giving up 3 earned runs in the first 2 innings but he managed to settle down and ended up posting another quality start. There's regression coming here but it'd be hard to argue against Shields as the Cy Young favorite if the season ended today.
